Step 3 : Relax, wait for your orders to be delivered to your warehouse.
You will get a complete inspection report after packing, After getting your approval, We will start to book the ship, ( you can share your own forwarder) Normally, for 40-50 days products will arrive at your local port.

How long i can get one sample ?
If your sample no need do extra change , it only need 10 days. If you want to add your design, normally need 35 day.
How long will it take for our order from produce to delivery?
From order raw material ,then casting, raw casting, purification, polishing, inspecting, pre-seasoning, heating and packing, normally it need 25-45 days. by ship, it need 15-45 days, depend on the ship which you choose. by air, it need 7-10 days.
What kind of surface treatment we can choose?
Vegetable oil, Enamel.
Can i add my own logo?
Yes, OEM and ODM both acceptable. 1. Make your own mould, print your logo in the mould. 2. we can use laiser print your logo in our product surface. 3. We can print logo in your wooden or bamboo handle. 4. we can print your shipping mark in our outer carton , or you can choose color box.
Can I come to China for factory inspection?
Yes. very welcome to visit the factory to check our equipments and You can make a schedule with us and our team will show you around, explain our manufacturing process. We’re confident you’ll be impressed!
How about the MOQ ?
You have to order 100pcs cast iron products as a wholesale order.
How long i can get one sample?
IF we have stock in warehouse ,it only need 10 days. If need do new design , our other customer spend one month to confirm it , and we change at least five times, the new item need time to test.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer 1-5 years warranty on our cat iron products. but give lifetime technical support.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP. Normally our price based on FOB.
I am a newer, how about your payment?
In generally, we ask to pay 50% deposit, and 50% balance should arrange after get the copy of BL.
